Sept, 24th. WorkOut

Basketball warm up:
10 minutes
Leg press:
 3 sets, 12 reps of 165lbs
Hamstring curl:
3 sets, 10 reps of 90lbs
Squats:
3 sets, 25 reps
Bike:
20 minute spin cycle
